Airborne Settles FTC Claims For $30 Mil.

The company that manufactures Airborne, a dietary supplement, has settled its case with the Federal Trade Commission over the advertising and labeling of its products, reports Adweek. Although it admits no wrongdoing, the company has agreed to pay $30 million to settle federal charges that it did not have evidence to support its ad claims. The tablet was marketed as a cold remedy.
