NetShelter Strikes Ad Deal With Computer.org

  • August 18, 2008
Computer.org, the official site of the nonprofit IEEE Computer Society, has chosen ad network NetShelter Technology Media to exclusively represent its inventory.

The deal marks the first time that display ads will run on the newly redesigned Computer.org, which serves 4 million page views monthly and draws 1.2 million unique visitors. The site helps to provide technical information and other services to members of the IEEE Computer Society, which publishes 24 journals and magazines.

"We are gratified to represent Computer.org," said Laura Gaffney, NetShelter's vice president, publisher network. "It serves as gateway to affiliate society websites around the globe and so attracts a much sought after audience of IT professionals."

NetShelter's network of more than 150 niche technology sites has a monthly audience of more than 30 million worldwide, according to comScore.--Mark Walsh
