Clear Blue Media, Inc., an online advertising network of 8,500 websites delivering 400 million impressions a month, will open its first regional sales office in San Francisco on July 5, 2000. The
company began operations on June 1, 1998 in San Antonio, Texas, under the name Image Networks. The name was changed to Clear Blue Media on April 1, 2000. The sales office, located at 595 Market
Street, will be managed by Scott Filipps, newly appointed to the position of General Sales Manager for Clear Blue Media, under the direction of John Potts, Vice President and Director of Business

past three quarters.
