Omniture this morning announced a deal to acquire certain assets of Mercado, a leading search and merchandising solution provider, for $6.5 million in cash and the assumption of related liabilities.
Omniture said the assets would be used to expand its solutions for site and merchandising, particularly in the retail sector.
