Want to know how to say something in French or Japanese on your travels? Consult your mobile phone. Travel publisher Lonely Planet has partnered with Steape, a mobile travel app developer, to produce
audio phrase books for java-enabled mobile phones. There are mobile phrase books in 10 languages: Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Thai, Czech and Spanish. Each
contains around 200 phrases with both text and audio translations. Other languages are in development.
