The Washington Post reports that an estimated 80 Washington-based XM employees were let go. Many are the on-air voices and program directors of XM's music channels that highlight the 40s, 50,
and 60s. The newspaper also says the original plan to have two separate lineups may be history. Another round of cuts may come in November.
