Robert Rakowitz rejoins OMD as group account director for the Visa media business in the U.S. Rakowitz had been senior vice president-worldwide business and group client services director at Carat.
Prior to joining Carat in 2005, he was part of the communications planning launch team at OMD's Ignition and Latino groups.
