Breaking from past years, NBC will air a film and a repeat of "The Office" on Sunday. The network annually takes one week off from its "Sunday Night Football" broadcasts, and has used the time to run
repeats of first-year shows, hoping to give them added exposure. This round, it's airing Universal's 2005 "40-Year-Old Virgin" from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., followed by a half-hour "Office" episode. Each
fall, NBC does not air a prime-time NFL game against the fourth game of the World Series on Fox. "SNF" returns Nov. 2. -David Goetzl
