Best Buy Launches Holiday Microsite

Best Buy, which has warned investors that it expects the holiday period to be a difficult one, says it is launching, which hooks up its technology pros and Geek Squad agents with online shoppers, offerings ideas, inspirations, contests, and a digital letter to Santa.

In addition to Best Buy's bloggers, users can post their own content and photos. The site also showcases the Minneapolis-based retailer's "True Stories" ad campaign, featuring Best Buy employees telling their story about how they helped customers in past holiday seasons.--Sarah Mahoney
