CCG, the global marketing communications group, today announces that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire the business and assets of Donino, White & Partners (DWP). Completion of the
transaction is expected to take place in July 2000. DWP will become part of Bates North America. A new technology network, named DWP/Bates Technology, will be established in North America and is
expected to form the launch pad for a global technology practice within Bates Worldwide.
