Steven Landry, formerly EVP/North American sales, has been appointed EVP/North America Sales and Mopar Parts and Service, assuming responsibility for all service and parts functions.

Michael J. Keegan has been named VP/Sales Programs, Incentives and Customer Contact, reporting to Landry. Keegan was formerly VP/Volume Planning and Sales Operations.

Mike Manley has been appointed EVP/International Sales and Product Planning Operations. He was formerly EVP/International Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Joseph A. Chamasrour, President/Chrysler de Mexico, will report to Manley.

Stephen J. Bartoli has been named VP/Regulatory Affairs and Product Strategy, reporting to EVP/Product Development. He was formerly VP/Global Product Marketing.

Simon Boag, SVP/Global Service and Parts, has decided to leave the company to pursue other interests.--Karl Greenberg
