Radio One, Inc. has acquired the assets of radio station (formerly KLUV-AM) in Dallas, Texas from Infinity Broadcasting Corporation for approximately $16 million. This acquisition follows the
Company's acquisition of KBFB-FM, also located in the Dallas market, in August.
