CBS's "Big Brother" has inspired a webcast from the streets of Philly. Dubbed "The Taxi Experiment" a live webcam and audio broadcast from a Taxi, will take place in Philadelphia, PA on Friday July 21
2000 from 9PM to 3AM. It's free and avabailable only on the Internet. Philly2Nite.com, a national nightlife portal, will host the realplayer live broadcast. The show will be simulcast on
www.philly2nite.com/livetaxi. A real taxi and driver, along with real cab riders will take off in a cab wired with 7 cameras, 3 microphones and a wireless Internet connection. The viewer will have
four views of the inside of the cab. A separate mobile will follow the cab for street scene views. Another cam view of the Command Center, plus views and interactive audio from the world web audience
will also be available.
