CICM, a Spanish media agency that is currently part of WPP, is being re-branded as MAXUS/CICM. MAXUS is part of GroupM, which includes MediaCom, Mediaedge:cia, and Mindshare. New offices in other
European markets are expected tojoin the MAXUS network in 2009. Kelly Clark, worldwide CEO of MAXUS, called Spain one of the "most important media markets in Europe." CICM's current management
structure remains in place; the agency will continue to be led by Carmen Novo, its general manager. CICM, which will serve as the global media net's base in Spain, has more than 30 clients, including
Fiat Group, El Mundo Newspapers, Colgate-Palmolive, Kodak, Madrid Tourism, and Ono, a leading Spanish telecommunications company.
