  • Euro RSCG Chicago tapped RICHARD BLOCKI as group account director. Blocki previously served as a partner for RCB Media.

  • Enfatico appointed LISA FABIANO as chief talent officer. Most recently she was partner and managing director for Margeotes Fertitta Powell.


  • STUART DIAMOND was named chief financial officer of GroupM, North America. Diamond replaces JOE SCANGAMOR, who recently left GroupM to join another WPP agency, Enfatico, as COO-chief financial officer.

  • Tierney Communications promoted CELISSE COLLIER to media planner. Collier works on the Commerce Bank and International Blue Cross accounts.
