  • Avenue A | Razorfish New York named FRANCIS ANDERSON as vice president of connections planning and PAUL GELB as manager of emerging media.


  • Draftfcb hired ALEXEI ORLOV as regional president for Europe/Middle East. Orlov most recently served as executive vice chairman of Wunderman Worldwide, where he also served as CEO of global automotive operations.

  • GEOFF KEIGHLEY has been named executive in charge of video game publisher relations for Spike TV.

  • MATT KAIN joined MindShare North America as managing director of MindShare Search. Prior to joining MindShare, Kain worked at 24/7 Real Media, where he was responsible for managing all U.S. search clients.


  • Digitas elevated GLENN ENGLER to president of the agency’s Boston headquarters. Engler, formerly executive vice president, leads the agency’s General Motors and XM accounts. Engler replaces former Boston office president TORRENCE BOONE.


  • JOHN HEATH is joining Gotham as director of planning from McCann Erickson NY where he served as group planning director. LYLE TICK  joined the agency as group managing director, managing partner, from a similar post at mcgarrybowen.


  • GSD&M Idea City elevated BRIAN WHEELIS to senior vice president /managing director for media; CARMEN GRAF to senior vice president /group media director and director of consumer connections; BETTY PAT MCCOY to senior vice president /director of national buying and managing director; and MARY HONAN to senior vice president /director of local buying and quality assurance.

  • St. John & Partners added MIKE D’ABREU as a copywriter in the agency’s creative department. He will service the firm’s Smoothie King and Zaxby’s accounts. D’Abreu joins St. John & Partners after spending four years at 22squared, working on the Buffalo Wild Wings, Toyota and Triumph accounts.
