  • Elizabeth Murphy

    DigitasLBi hired Elizabeth Murphy as senior vice president of media. Murphy will be based in New York and report to Adam Shlachter, chief investment officer. Murphy joins the agency from Mindshare, where she served as executive director. While there, she ran account management, media, and strategic planning for Royal Caribbean International, Intercontinental Hotels, Air Canada, Swissair and Lufthansa. Prior to Mindshare, she was first a group account director at PHD before being elevated to global strategy director, At MEC, she was a senior partner and communication strategy director from 2005-2011, and before that was vice president, account director at MPG, where she managed multiple accounts, including Comedy Central, Starz/Encore and Radio City Music Hall. "Elizabeth is a media rock star," said Shlachter. "She has developed innovative, results driven, award-winning solutions for a wide range of clients, and we're thrilled to have her join our team."

    Droga5 New York hired Juliana Cobb as a group creative director to work on the Prudential account, reporting to Kevin Brady, executive creative director. Cobb most recently worked at BBDO for five years at BBDO as a creative director, overseeing work for Starbucks, AT&T, GE and American Family Insurance. She joins Droga5's senior creative bench, which includes nine additional group creative directors. Cobb began her advertising career in 2001 at San Francisco agencies Fusion, Publicis and McCann Erickson. "We are thrilled to have Juliana join Droga5," said Brady. "She has that rare ability to really get inside big, challenging brands in a way that combines unique insights and flawless execution while still connecting on a purely emotional level. We can't wait to see what she brings to Prudential and to the agency as a whole."

    Camp + King hired Heather Lord as a brand supervisor and Cameron Twombly as an art director. Lord comes joins the agency from Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where she was an account manager. Before that, she was an account executive at Hill Holliday in Boston on the agency's Cadillac business. At Camp + King, Lord is working on clients DISH, Sling and Scharffen Berger. Twombly will work on all agency accounts and is partnered with copywriter Lara Kessler. Previously, he was a junior art director at R/GA in New York, where his clients included Google, Verizon, Samsung, Nike, E*Trade, Victoria's Secret and ACUVUE. Twombly was also involved in several successful winning pitches at the agency, including Corona Extra Beer, Old Navy and Sprite's digital account. "Strategically savvy, hardworking and even-keeled, Heather has the traits we like. We're happy to have her on our team," said Jamie King co-founder and CEO of Camp + King. "Cameron is going to be a huge asset for us, not only as a strong conceptual art director, but he also has amazing digital design chops, as well,” said agency co-founder and CCO, Roger Camp.

    Isobar China Group promoted Alvin Huang to managing director, charged with bringing the four Isobar agency brands (Isobar, OMP - Linked by Isobar, Trio Isobar, and Verawom) together, and boosting the integration and development of the group. Huang has worked for Isobar since 2004, previously as managing partner, integrated media of Isobar China Group. Based in Shanghai, Huang will report to Jane Lin-Baden, CEO of Isobar China Group. "The four agencies of Isobar China Group are leading operations in their own right," said Huang. "By collaborating, we've delivered seamless marketing solutions for many clients including Taobao and China UnionPay. I hope to take this success to a new level and by fostering media and technology partnerships across the group, in order to create marketing solutions and products with innovation at its heart.     Goodby Silverstein & Partners (GS&P) promoted Roger Baran and Sam Luchini from associative creative directors to creative directors. The duo joined GS&P from Razorfish New York in 2012, where they were associate creative directors on Mercedes-Benz and Smart Car. At GS&P they were the creative minds behind award-winning work for Cisco and Adobe. They were also responsible for the Adobe Creative Cloud campaign, "The New Creatives," and led the creation and launch of the Doritos Rainbows product. Baran began his career in Brazil, where he was a marketing executive before making the jump to copywriter. As a copywriter, Baran worked at DMB9DDB, Lapiz Leo Burnett Chicago, Lowe+Partners and DigitasLBi in New York City. Luchini also began his career in Brazil as an interactive art director for AgenciaClick / Isobar Brazil, F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT Sao Paulo. "Since joining the agency, Sam and Roger have consistently created innovative work that transcends traditional advertising," said Margaret Johnson, executive creative director and partner. "Sometimes their creativity produces award-winning experiential, visual and branded content work. At other times, they actually end up cocreating products with our clients.
