  • Jennifer Napolitano
    Mindshare North America
    Mindshare North America named Jennifer Napolitano as senior partner, director of business development. Napolitano will lead the agency's new business team, driving business development and growth for the agency across North America. Based in New York, she will report to Colin Kinsella, CEO, Mindshare North America. Napolitano joins the agency from OMD, where she led all new business efforts across the U.S. She grew the agency's business development department, driving numerous client wins such as Hasbro, Cigna, Walgreens, Luxottica and Realogy. Prior to OMD, she worked on the business development team at MEC, and before that, in the international media distribution of Spanish language programming in conjunction with Televisa. "Jennifer is a seasoned leader who embodies so many of the values that are crucial at Mindshare, including her grit, creativity, and forward-thinking approach," said Kinsella. "I'm thrilled to have her onboard. And following a great year for the agency, particularly with The LOOP, we're all incredibly excited to see what comes next."
  • Steve Clarke and Bo Deng

    Steve Clarke joined CP+B Boulder as executive creative director to lead the agency's global Infiniti account. In addition, Bo Deng joined CP+B Hong Kong as creative director to support the Infiniti account. Clarke joins the agency from Blue Hive London where he led European creative for Ford as deputy executive creative director/acting chief creative officer, Europe. Clarke previously worked at Ogilvy & Mather, DDB, JWT, TBWA, Publicis and 4-Creative, with stints in Amsterdam, Hong Kong and Detroit. Deng joins CP+B from Ogilvy's Asian headquarters in Hong Kong. A native of China, though raised in southern California, Deng has agency experience on both continents working on a variety of brands from automotive to clothing. As group creative director at Y&R Shanghai, Deng looked after the launch of Gap icons, introducing American classics such as the Gap-T and The Hoodie in China. Deng also worked at Goodby Silverstein & Partners SF, AKQA SF, Team One LA, Deutsch LA, and BBDO Beijing.
  • Laura Maness and Matt Weiss
    Havas Worldwide New York
    Laura Maness was named president of Havas Worldwide New York, beginning March 1. Maness will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the New York office, including managing key accounts, working to deliver integrated client solutions, and driving growth initiatives. She will report to Andrew Benett, Global CEO, Havas Worldwide and Havas Creative Group. Currently, Maness serves as chief growth Officer of Havas Worldwide North America and managing director of the Chicago office. She has helped Havas Worldwide Chicago achieve recent growth, with new business wins including Sears's Craftsman, DieHard and Kenmore brands, Kmart, Ragu, DISH Network and Moen. Maness joined Havas Worldwide in 2013 as US Chief Growth Officer from digital agency Propane Studio, where, as senior vice president, she led business development and marketing efforts. "Laura has been a key leader at Havas Worldwide Chicago, consecutively delivering stellar growth and innovation year after year for the agency and the North America network," said Benett. "Her commitment and collaborative spirit have helped lead the transformation of the Chicago Village. I'm thrilled to have her in New York." In addition, Matt Weiss will take on a newly formed role as global chief revenue officer, in addition to his role as global chief marketing officer for Havas Worldwide, reporting to Benett. In this new dual role, he will be responsible for marketing and revenue generation across the network, including accountability for driving better integration and alignment among all revenue-generating entities within the agency portfolio, and for developing unique properties to drive new revenue streams for the company.
  • Juan Cruz Vassallo
    The Community
    The Community named Juan Cruz Vassallo as associate creative director, based in Miami. He will report to Rodrigo Butori, creative director at The Community. Most recently, Vassallo was an associate creative director at Conill Saatchi & Saatchi and LatinWorks. Before that, he was at Alma where he led the creative team on The Clorox Company, while also supporting creative efforts for McDonald's and State Farm. A native of Argentina, Vassallo began his career as a senior copywriter at Ponce Buenos Aires and as a junior copywriter at J. Walter Thompson Argentina. "When we look for a great talent, we don't just look for a great creative, but someone who also understands the importance of culture and identity," said Butori. "Juan gets the cultural fluidity of today's consumers, and will help us continue to connect with them, through fun, impactful work."
  • Todd Eisner

    barrettSF hired Todd Eisner as a creative director, working alongside executive creative director, Jamie Barrett. Eisner will work on the agency's 2K WWE, 2K Mafia, Yellow Pages and Tipping Point accounts, along with new business. Eisner career began in New York, working for brands such as Oreo, Planters and Diet Coke, first as an intern at Mad Dogs & Englishmen and then as an art director at FCB. Next, he was associate creative director at Dentsu America. Eisner moved to San Francisco in 2011, working as an associate creative director at Goodby Silverstein and Partners. While there, he helped reposition Chevy trucks, worked on Cheetos commercials and ran the trader segment of TD Ameritrade and accounts for Sonic Drive-In. "It's always great to find a brilliant creative director entering the height of their career," said Barrett. "But to find a brilliant creative director who's already a good friend is beyond great. Todd will be a leader and mainstay at barrettSF for a long, long time."

    Havas London named Gabrielle Lott as PR and communications director to head up all press and communications for Havas London and Havas helia. After a six-month contract at performance agency, iProspect UK, Lott has officially now returned to the UK after two and a half years in Asia. Originally moving to Hong Kong to launch the APAC office of trade publication, Little Black Book, Lott  spent the next year in Singapore regionally running marketing for media agency, MediaCom.
