Having deep experience in marketing and publishing on the client and agency sides, Alex was brought in to Dow Jones to lead the in-house transition of their paid media efforts. Since then he has taken on media management at a global scale with a focus on paid search, native, and programmatic display, audio, and video. Facing challenges seen in both the advertising and publishing industries, Alex has been able to continue to grow the media efforts by developing creative customer-first solutions.

After graduating from Boston University, Andrew embarked on a career in advertising and marketing in both television and digital media. Andrew currently holds the position of Publisher and CRO for Rolling Stone, where he oversees all revenue sources including digital, print and experiential media. Prior to Rolling Stone, Andrew was the CRO at Digital Trends, a digital media company focusing on technology news, reviews and insights.

Andrew has held positions in management at CourtTV (now truTV) as well as Microsoft in their interactive television technology division.  Andrew began his career on the media buying side of the agency business handling the national broadcast buying responsibilities for Pfizer and Sprint among other clients.

Andrew has served on the Board of Directors of YANY (Youth Audiences of NY), and currently serves as an advisor to The Children's Therapy Center in Fairlawn NJ.   

Andrew lives in Tenafly NJ with his wife and has two children; Matthew who attends the University of Wisconsin, and Sami who is a freshman at the University of Colorado-Boulder.

Bill Church is Senior Vice President of News for GateHouse Media. He is a two-time Pulitzer jurist, a 2016 Knight Visiting Nieman Fellow at Harvard, and a 2010 recipient of the Robert G. McGruder Diversity Leadership Award. He served as president of the Associated Press Media Editors in 2016-17.
