Deborah Kadetsky

SheKnows SVP, Audience Development

Deborah is the SVP of Audience Development for SheKnows Media, where she is responsible for understanding and growing the audience for the owned & operated properties. She manages a centralized team responsible for multi-channel content distribution, traffic and revenue analysis, and research insights, all in support of editorial and sales optimization.

Deborah began her 20 years in online media by building one of the first affiliate programs for the music e-commerce startup, Since then, she’s held senior consumer acquisition and digital marketing roles in the entertainment and women’s lifestyle space for the Columbia House Company, Viacom’s VH1, and Walt Disney Publishing. Prior to joining SheKnows, she lead the Audience Development and Analytics team for Time Inc.’s portfolio of fashion, lifestyle and luxury websites, including presenting their successes with SEO, Social Media and Email Marketing to the Yale Publishing Course.

Deb holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and volunteers for City Harvest
