Creating change, building innovative organizations, leading teams and clients are just a few of Jennifer’s many talents. Her career has led her from Media Strategy to Executive Leadership to Product Development and Professional Coaching. 

Currently Executive Director, Media and Integration at Team One, Jennifer leads Media Strategy and Integration for the Lexus account. Prior to Team One, Jennifer was SVP/Managing Director at Horizon Media. In addition to leading the Jack in the Box account, she was the champion of the organization’s Invention initiative for the LA office infusing an entrepreneurial spirit and inspiring talent to think creatively. 

Jennifer stepped out of the agency world after a 17- year stint at Omnicom to help lead rVue, an Advertising Technology startup focused on Mobile and Digital Out-Of-Home. As Chief Strategy Officer, she crafted the company’s strategy and drove expansion of rVue’s analytics and product offerings.

While at Omnicom agencies, TracyLocke and Integer, Jennifer was responsible for Media Strategy as well as evaluating and advising technology companies on advertising and growth strategy.

Experienced with a wide variety of product categories, some of Jennifer’s clients include, Lexus, Pepsi, T-Mobile, American Airlines, JC Penney, MillerCoors, Harrah’s Entertainment, 7-Eleven and Yum! Brands.

Considered one of the nation’s leading experts on innovative advertising technologies, Jennifer is frequently sought out to speak at industry conferences, including CES in 2016 and 2017. She was named one of AdWeek’s 12 Most Successful Media Agency Executives in Southern California in 2016 and has served on the advisory board for the DPAA, and the DSF’s Board of Directors.

An entrepreneur at heart, Jennifer previously founded her own consulting firm and is currently a professional transition coach, yoga, and meditation instructor. She is inspired in life and career by her son, dogs and the ever-changing world of media.
