The results improved clickthrough rates 122%, and increased conversions by 15% on key campaigns. Algorithms and predictive models based on the subscriber’s email engagement or on-site activity adjust to recommend activity, purchases or browsing. The predictions and broad content helped to improve lifetime value. Unsubscribe rates fell 33% and conversion rates rose 25% compared with the prior year.
