MullenLowe Mediahub Wins Media AOR Duties For Global Road Entertainment

Global Road Entertainment, the recently relaunched independent theatrical and TV studio, has appointed Interpublic Group’s MullenLowe Mediahub as media agency of record for its feature film slate.

Mediahub--recently named MediaPost’s Creative Media Agency of the Year for the second straight year--will run the account out of its LA office, which has doubled billings, revenue and staff over the past two years, per the agency. Global Road (which rebranded from Tang Media Partners) will also work with the media agency’s Radical + Disruptive Lab, which applies innovative thinking to media campaign creation.

“As our new management team was assembled, and we started to review how to position Global Road at the forefront of innovation in this ever-evolving media landscape, it became clear that Mediahub was a perfect match for what we want to accomplish with our new venture,” stated Jack Pan, president of worldwide marketing for Global Road Entertainment.

The first films that Mediahub will manage on Global Road’s behalf include the romantic drama “Midnight Sun,” in theaters March 23; “Show Dogs,” (May 18); and “The Silence,” (June 8).  

The appointment is the latest in a series of wins for the agency. Last month it won media AOR duties for MTV and in November in won Ulta Beauty’s media assignment.
