Consumers Favor Personalized, Interactive Video From Brands

Idomoo reports more than 80% of consumers in the United States or the United Kingdom said they want more videos from brands, while 70% rarely receive such content.

“Personalized video consistently outperforms regular, non-personalized video across every metric measured,” according to Idomoo’s report. “This includes making consumers feel valued, promoting brand loyalty, building trust and making the consumer more likely to buy from and recommend the brand.”
