Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll's survey reveals 58% of registered Republican voters said AI will make advertising and marketing worse, compared with only 43% of registered Democrats.

Among people who said they’ve tried AI, 69% said the technology will make advertising more relevant -- an indication that familiarity with AI helps to demystify its possibly negative effects. Conversely, 59% of people who haven’t tried AI said it will make advertising worse.
