Skai's quarterly report found that retail media's ad spend grew 35% from a year earlier in the second quarter, faster than the 30% annual gain in the prior three-month period.

“Retail media is already showing clear signs of accelerating spending growth,” according to Skai, “while both paid search and social look like they are hitting the end of recent deceleration trends. Shopping and commerce formats are on the upswing across channels.”
