Prior to Metamorphic, Lewis founded and ran Worldly Information Network, a database direct marketing company that published on over 40 topics and delivered upwards of 1 billion email newsletters through both O&O and network sites. Lewis has served on many corporate and nonprofit boards, and is an accomplished endurance athlete, having competed in many Ironman triathlons, ultramarathons and parenting. He has a B.A. from San Diego State University and a J.D. and Masters in Intellectual Property from UNH School of Law.

Prior to Tatari, Philip was also a founding employee and former president of TrueCar (NSDQ:TRUE). In addition, he previously ran business development at Rockmelt (acquired by Yahoo) and led sports and entertainment partnerships for Google/YouTube.

He brings strong execution skills in building and implementing effective sales development programs, mentoring and coaching sales teams, and working with local, regional and national brands and agencies.
Prior to Premion, Justin served as Director of Digital Sales for TEGNA Marketing Solutions and led the strategic vision of its highly-diversified marketing offerings. Previously, Justin was Sales Director at LivingSocial for the Central U.S. & Canada region. Earlier in his career, Justin worked in sales management roles at Hibu and Alltel Wireless. Justin is a graduate of University of Dayton.
