Amy currently leads consumer-facing paid media for TaxAct, a subsidiary of Blucora. Specializing in full-funnel media planning and optimization for over 15 years, she relentlessly seeks to exploit media synergies in the “messy middle”, where top of funnel and bottom funnel initiatives need to mesh to drive performance for brand and performance metrics.
Prior to TaxAct, Amy oversaw media for Belk, a regional department store retailer, and filled many marketing roles at La Quinta Inns & Suites, an international limited-service hotel company. During her tenure at La Quinta, Amy filled such diverse roles as director of revenue management, e-commerce director, revenue analyst, national brand management and ultimately media director.
Outside of work hours, Amy enjoys kayaking, SUP, and hanging out with Kodi and Tucker, her two unruly dogs.
