Sitting at the crossroads of creative, technology and strategy, Greg has spent the past 17 years shaping, designing and developing interactive experiences for clients including Campbell's, Yahoo Sports, Liberty Mutual, PepsiCo, Starbucks, Walmart, and Amazon. He leads RAIN's VX (voice experience) team, and is a former professor of graphic design at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

But those consumers who were looking at screens are now speaking to and hearing from devices through voice assistants that are becoming the standard front end of interactions.
