Whitney Fishman Zember runs the Wavemaker Innovation & Consumer Technology team across the US. Focused on helping clients understand the role technology plays in the lives of consumers, Whitney works to uncover opportunities for brands to leverage these constantly-evolving behaviors to better connect and build brand loyalty. Her work earned her a place on 2014's Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
Since joining MEC in 2013, Whitney has developed new client communication tools, helped launch the agency’s innovation initiative and revamped the agency’s thought leadership program. She also oversees the creation of proprietary educational materials for clients like L’Oreal, Marriott, Tiffany & Co, United Airlines, and more.
Whitney's previous experience includes positions at MediaVest, where she launched MediaVest's agency-dedicated, client-facing consultancy providing consumer trends and insights to national and multinational clients, and at Buzz Marketing Group, leading planning, research and execution of viral and online marketing campaigns nationwide. Whitney also launched an independent music label specializing in artist relations, public relations, and marketing.
