The perfect spot to warm up, connect, and enjoy the amazing surroundings.
Join us tonight for an unforgettable dining experience at the Empire Canyon Lodge on the slopes of Deer Valley. Set in a rustic mountain ski lodge with exposed log beams and beautiful mountain views, this memorable dinner combines open fireside fine-dining with delectable dessert fondue offerings. The unique menu offers local favorites from the European Alps featuring four courses served from five stone fireplaces. Enjoy warm Swiss raclette cheese, cured meats, salads, delectable stews, potato rosti, risotto or polenta, fire-roasted leg of lamb, fresh baked breads and dessert fondues. A full bar stocked with specially selected wines and imported beer will compliment this delicious experience. A long-standing favorite event of the Summit!
