Katherine Ogburn
Ready State Director of StrategyKatherine builds foundations for brands and marketing programs. She enjoys working with clients to define marketing goals that are grounded in business needs and user-centric audience views. While much of her recent work has been around email communications programs and positioning frameworks for large companies such as Google, Intel, iShares, General Motors and Microsoft, she also enjoys helping define identities and competitive differentiation for startups and small companies ranging from medical devices to high-end flower services. Prior to Ready State, Katherine worked at MRM, McCann, FCB and management consultant group McKinsey and Company. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MA in Sociology from UC Berkeley, and a BA in Russian studies from UNC-Chapel Hill.
