The Future of Messaging: Staying Relevant in the Era of Multi-Channel Mass Curation & Personalization
Publishers are scrambling to drive new revenue and reclaim audience share lost as they jumped on the social bandwagon. But as more channels come online, publishers question how they’ll keep up with consumers’ demand for content curation and personalization across email, web, push notifications, chatbots, news aggregators and more. In this talk, PowerInbox CEO Jeff Kupietzky will explain how automated audience targeting based on email as the unique identifier will power the future of messaging across every channel. He’ll demonstrate how publishers can achieve the curated, personalized, one-to-one engagement they need—and consumers expect—while driving new sources of revenue.

Creating the Domino Effect: Cross Channel Campaigns
There’s no better feeling for a marketer than launching a campaign once, sitting back and watching the results light a fuse that automatically sets off a whole bunch of triggered campaigns that drive more engagement. In this session, Michelle Novak, Enterprise Customer Success Manager will share how SeatGeek designed a launch marketing strategy for their sweepstakes feature The Daily Tap, that was low touch, personalized, cyclically drew new entries every day and required no manual work. You’ll come away with learnings on how different types of channels drive different types of engagement and how to dynamically personalize content across campaigns.
