Bob Ivins, NCC Media’s Chief Data Officer, has developed innovative data products domestically and internationally across the media landscape. Bob will share his unique perspective on the Upfronts and provide a great backdrop for the forum’s panel discussions.

Bob Ivins is chief data officer at NCC Media where he leads development and implementation of the company’s advanced television and media offerings.
Bob has played a pioneering role in the development of the data-driven advertising ecosystem over the past three decades, holding executive roles at comScore, Mindshare, Comcast, Yahoo and Nielsen. He served as the first chief data officer for media agency Mindshare where he led the firm in putting data at center of the company, linking real time insights to marketing that adapted on the fly. As VP, data products at Comcast, Bob led the development of the Audience Interconnect database underlying Comcast Spotlight’s cross-platform ad offering. Prior to Comcast, he was SVP/MD, Europe for comScore where he led the company’s Europe operations from launch to pan-European leader in web measurement and web analytics.
Bob got his start in the digital ad space in the mid-nineties as VP, research for advertising startup I/PRO where he developed some of the world’s first tools to measure the effectiveness of online advertising.
Driving Impact with OTT Advertising

Jim Wilson has spent 20+ years in executive management with a track record of success in launching, scaling and transforming businesses in media, content and technology. His experience includes advertising, video games, music and licensing. He also has extensive board experience.
Jim is currently the founder & President of Premion, a division of TEGNA. Commercially launched in September 2016, Premion has scaled quickly as a premium video ad network serving 2000+ advertisers and executing more than 10,000 campaigns. It has built the leading platform for Connected TV & OTT that’s focused on solving today’s biggest advertising challenges: brand safety, transparency, addressability and scale.
At Premion, Jim became a founder and board member of AdLedger, a non-profit that is driving a blockchain-enabled ecosystem for advertisers and publishers.
Previously, Jim oversaw the sale of TouchTunes, a digital music company, where he was COO and delivered new growth and drove its business transformation. Prior to TouchTunes, he was CEO/Board Member at Atari, where he spearheaded the successful turnaround of the US company, shifting from a retail to a digital publisher. He was then promoted to CEO of the French parent company, where he led the restructuring and sale in 2013. While at Atari, he was a Board Member for Paris-based Game One TV, and directed its sale to Viacom.
Earlier in his career, Jim founded the games business at Universal Studios that delivered numerous global hit games before being named as Global Head of Development for Vivendi Universal Games. He also held senior content, licensing and marketing roles at Universal, Sony Wonder and Disney. In those roles, he directly launched and managed top global entertainment brands and their related content.
He is a graduate of Loyola University and Harvard Business School.
