Paul Gelb is currently the Head of Social and Programmatic at Bayer. He leads relationships with all major ad marketplace platforms including Facebook, Google, Twitter and Pinterest. He also determines the strategy, tactics, targeting and advanced buying optimizations across all brands for all biddable and programmatic buying platforms. Previously he was the Head of Programmatic at Twitter, where he oversaw the company's worldwide programmatic agency trading desk business. Prior to that, he was the Head of Strategy and Marketplace Development at MoPub, the largest mobile exchange, which Twitter acquired in 2013. Before that Paul was the Vice President and Founder of the mobile practice at Razorfish, which ranked #2 by Ad Age for agency mobile revenue. He was the youngest executive to receive Mediaweek's Media All-Star award. The global mobile practice he founded was recognized by Forrester as a mobile marketing agency Industry Leader, their top rating. His clients won mobile marketer of the year, luxury mobile marketer of the year and a Cannes Lion shortlist selection.

Brittany Mitchell is currently a Marketing Manager, responsible for national digital advertising, lead acquisition, and direct marketing efforts at State Farm, a Fortune 50 company and brand category leader. 

Prior to State Farm, Brittany led digital and branding efforts as the Marketing Manager for SHEEX, a retail start-up leveraging fabric technology to disrupt the bedding and sleepwear industry. Brittany also has global experience in the digital, social, and event marketing space through her work in Paris with Arjowiggins Creative Papers, a multinational corporation providing high end designer paper and luxury packing worldwide. 

Brittany obtained her Bachelors of Science in Marketing, International Business, and French from the University of Tennessee and her International Masters of Business Administration from the top ranking Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Brittany is fluent in French and she also has her Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter insurance designation. 

In her spare time, Brittany captures her passion for art, travel, and cooking on her Instagram account @brittanyam12. She also gives back to the community by serving on local non-profit boards and volunteering on local event committees.
