After Omnichannel: The Bricks + Clicks Convergence


Omnichannel marketing was retail table stakes in 2020, but we're beyond that now. Physical and digital customer experiences are converging. After this last year, there is no “online vs offline” anymore. Shoppers are coming to expect seamless handoffs from their digital interactions with your site to their in-store exchanges with staff to customer service and beyond. In order for traditional retail to survive beyond 2021, it will need to merge bricks and clicks to create compelling, unified  experiences with their brand at every touchpoint.
