L.A. Story: Automakers Mark Return To Events

Newly vaccinated consumers are showing cautious optimism in categories like travel (let’s road trip!) and some experts say it will carry over to automotive (let’s buy a vehicle in order to road trip!) There were so many lessons learned during the pandemic, including how to quickly pivot marketing plans away from in-person to social and digital. What will we take with us going forward? Will social media retain its increased importance? How will automakers ease back into event marketing like auto shows and sponsorships?
