Under Waller’s leadership, Pace moved from a publishing company to a 350-person, full-service agency with five offices across the U.S. In 2013 and 2017, the Content Marketing Institute named Pace the Content Agency of the Year. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Cedar Communications (Omnicom Group), a top-five custom publishing agency in the United Kingdom, and CEO within the Chime Communications Group, based in London. He is a graduate of the University of Durham in England.
