Wanting to know
what’s happening at home when you’re away is quite sensible. But who would have thought people like to be scared when they know they’re safe? Or so Xfinity Home research showed. A
few days before Halloween, Xfinity Home released an original short horror film, The Neighborhood, where security footage helps two detectives piece the story together. The Facebook post received a
whooping 4.97MM views, 39K engagements, and numerous comments from viewers begging for the next chapter in the story.

So what’s the story
of the person sitting two rows up from you on regular monthly flight from Dallas to Los Angeles? Quick video vignettes of people, their lives and a graphic overlay of seat locations on Southwest
Airline flights, we have a clue. Southwest is about transparency, especially on price and other satisfaction markers. Creating new audience definitions helped Southwest post 1.6 billion in total video
impressions, 7.3 million trackable shopping visits and 98% video completion rate. All that means telling the whole story.
