Harmelin Media - Digital Media Strategist/Senior Strategist

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital planning conversations across multiple accounts/categories
• Communicate with internal and external clients on rationale, requirements and limitations of digital strategies including, but not limited to, SEM, Display and Social media
• Establish KPI’s and success metrics for digital campaigns and implement optimizations to reach these goals
• Provide recommendations for new, innovative digital media executions to client account managers and planners
• Provide regular campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis
• Provide financial management and billing verification for each campaign
• Keep informed of relevant issues affecting the advertising industry as well as your clients’ specific industries
• Utilize and interpret in-house and online research tools (Comscore, Evaliant, etc.)
• Effectively perform analysis of various types of digital media packages and digital media opportunities
• Assist in preparing documents and reports for client meetings and ongoing client communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of relevant digital advertising experience; prior agency experience preferred
• Understanding of digital media and advertising concepts
• Experience with various reporting tools and systems (3^rd party ad servers, digital research, DSP platforms)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to foster productive relationships with internal and external business partners
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the trends and technologies influencing the online advertising industry
• Strong attention to detail; exceptional technical and problem-solving skills; strategic mindset
• Ability to work under tight deadlines using strong organization and time management skills
• Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Undergraduate degree required - BA/BS required
