TEN: The Enthusiast Network is seeking a full-time Integrated Sales Director for the New York, NY office.

Position Description
The Integrated Sales Director will provide the following duties, but not limited to:
Cultivate and maintain an active base of accounts, providing marketing suggestions and beneficial solutions to the client’s needs.
Sell print advertising space, web page digital ads, event marketing & sponsorships per goals outlined in Plan
Generate revenue through advertising sales, renewal and existing business
Service existing advertising clients (meet with at trade shows/make in-office sales calls)
Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential advertising accounts
Maintain a contact database to provide key projections for charting growth in the marketplace
Develop a growth plan for each account that includes in person visitation/sales calls as approved by the Publisher/Associate Publisher
Manage monthly closing for ad space and material
Prospect for new business targeting potential advertisers to acquire new accounts
Other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Education/Experience:
College degree
3-5 years sales experience (advertising/print media sales)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong customer service & client relations skills
Ability to communicate marketing ideas and plans in written proposals, to include PowerPoint & Excel spreadsheets
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Motivated self-starter
Familiarity with market and field of interest
Knowledge of production procedures & specifications
Working understanding of contact management programs
Physical Requirements:
The ability to sit for prolonged period of time and view computer screen.
