TouchPoint Integrated Communication - Digital Operations and Analytics
Trafficking and monitoring of online advertising campaigns across digital clients, including creative upload, url/re-direct delivery parameter set up, optimization and any applicable edit
- Exhibiting ease of use with third-party software applications as well as search engine platforms in order to configure & traffic campaign flights
- Ensure all campaign goals are met including start and end dates, impressions delivery, and any associated actions
- Work with clients and media team to insure timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with site ad guidelines and specs
- Assist media team by helping to resolve technical problems and answer questions on creative materials.
- Perform QA on complex flash, rich media, mobile and video creative and associated code
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a BS/BA degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of digital media experience
- Campaign management & trafficking expertise
- Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and Excel
- Excellent knowledge of and experience with ad serving technology – DART and DS3 are a must
- Excellent knowledge of Ad Words and search engine platforms
- Keen eye for detail. Strong teamwork skills.
- Great interpersonal skills are required. The successful candidate will be communicating daily with key senior staff, and clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Analytics
- Ability to determine/create display attribution model
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of DoubeClick reports – how to set up the tracking so we can take advantage of what’s available, understanding all the reports, how they influence our reporting/buy-mamangment
