All Campus - Paid Search Manager (SEM)

If you are interested in personal career growth within a small team environment and want personal ownership of managing paid search accounts for some great national brand universities, All Campus is hiring for a Paid Search Manager.

The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns to find prospective students for client, non-profit university and college-specific websites. This individual will research and implement strategic initiatives for all facets of pay-per-click advertising. The responsibilities include developing and managing paid search campaigns for education clients on Google, Bing, Facebook, and other cost per click advertising platforms. Candidates need to be self-starting, analytical, creative, team players motivated to exceed target goals.

Paid Search Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute paid search (PPC) strategy for multiple education clients on Google, Bing, Facebook and other cost per client networks.
• Day-to-day management of pay-per-click campaigns for multiple clients including keyword strategy, creating ad copy, bid management, and overall campaign optimization based on ROI.
• Analyze data and use bid management tools to optimize campaigns for performance success.
• Analyze landing page conversion metrics and develop landing page strategies.
• Work with design team to conduct landing page optimization
• Create management reports of performance, trends and growth areas.
• Update daily and weekly reports on conversion and campaign performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelors with a focus in business, marketing, statistics, or math is preferred
• Must have 1-3 years of experience in paid search marketing.
• Google Adwords certification
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in online marketing / advertising.
• Experience with search engine marketing and campaign optimization.
• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) a plus, but not required.
