Cross Channel Reporting Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for data development and tracking for advertising measurement models.  Maintain and administer database for enterprise wide mass media placement.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps deliver tracking/reporting of media data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to assess media performance.
 
Responsible for data reporting, tracking, auditing and analysis for cross channel advertising
 
Works with various 3rd Party partner relationships. This can include, but is not limited to, Advertising Agencies, partner MSO’s, database partners, software partners, etc.
 
Develops relationships and works with various internal Charter partner relationships. This can include, but is not limited to, Database team, Business Intelligence team, Telephony team, National Fullfillment Center, etc.
 
Maintain key performance measures for all internal and extrernals stakeholders so they meet Charter Corporate Marketing levels and standards.
 
Participate in internal and external meetings to explain data analytics and insights and provide detailed reports on KPI results.
 
Responsible for ad hoc reports that may be requested by other Charter departments, senior management, etc.
 
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Experience with data analysis, interpretation, presentation, and delivery
  • Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills are a must and candidate must be able to work well with others in department
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time
  • Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent computer, math skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of cable and broadcast television, internet and media products and services preferred
  • Strong interest in television and/or media preferred
     
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, preferably in related field of study
 
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 1+ years media experience, agency, publisher, client or television provider


 

WORKING CONDITIONS
Office environment
Minimal Travel (~10%) possible
