Evergreen Partners - Digital Media Planner

We are hiring a rock star Digital Media Planner, who will be an integral part of our quickly growing Digital Media Team.

The Digital Media Planner will be responsible for planning assignments on several Fortune 500 clients.

We are the Corporate Trade arm of Horizon Media. Through our partnership with Horizon Media, we have access to extensive research tools, training and media resources as well as shared office space in Soho.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage digital media plans and budgets
  • Track digital campaign to ensure proper pacing; recommend plan optimizations (i.e. placements, partners, budget reallocations)
  • Setup campaigns through various advertising platforms and utilize tracking and analytic tools
  • Define and develop success metrics appropriate to campaign goals
  • Be at the forefront in understanding media trends and bringing in first in market opportunities with all media partners
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with publishers and vendor
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with team to build, manage, and implement active and future campaign

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of digital media planning/buying within an agency or client environment
  • Keen understanding of the evolving digital landscape, and how digital fits into the overall marketing mix
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Ability to use syndicated research to guide strategic thinking (i.e. comScore, Nielsen @Plan, etc.) and relevant industry tools
  • Effective time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize proactively, and ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical mindset
