Esther Lee is Senior Vice President – Brand Marketing, Advertising and Sponsorships for AT&T, the world’s largest communications holding company. She oversees global brand marketing, advertising, media and sponsorship, as well as the integration of brand leadership into the company’s business strategies.
Esther’s contributions to the industry have been recognized with leadership awards from AAF, AWNY, EFFIE, NAAAP, Asian Women in Business, and the Asia Brand Congress for her achievements in the field of business and brand building. In 2012, Esther was named to the “Power Players” category of the Advertising Age list of “100 Most Influential Women,” the Advertising Club of New York honored her as an “Advertising Person of the Year,” she was granted an AWNY “Changing the Game” award, and was named to Business Insider’s list of “29 Most Influential CMO’s in the world.”
Miles Nadal founded MDC Partners in 1980, and has since grown the company into one of the world’s leading and fastest-growing business transformation organizations, with an extended network of over 14,000 employees and approximately 6.5 billion dollars in billings. In recognition of his achievements in business and his philanthropic endeavors, Mr. Nadal has been honored with numerous awards, including selection for the “Top 40 Under 40” and Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2012, he was inducted into the Marketing Hall of Legends and was named Executive of the Year by MediaPost's MEDIA Magazine. Miles also holds an honorary doctorate degree from Tel Aviv University and is an active member of the Marketing 50, Global 50 and G100.
Joseph V. Tripodi is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer of The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Tripodi leads the worldwide Marketing and Commercial efforts of the Company to develop and leverage its capabilities, brands and assets to meet the needs of consumers, shoppers and the global Coca-Cola system to drive profitable growth.
Mr. Tripodi brings more than 30 years of diverse marketing, customer, commercial and general management experience from around the world to The Coca-Cola Company. He joined the Company in 2007 as Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer and today leads a global team entrusted with stewarding Trademark Coca-Cola, the world’s most valuable and recognized brand, along with more than 500 brands and 3,500 products found in over 200 countries.
Under his leadership, The Coca-Cola Company was named the Cannes Lions Creative Marketer of the Year in 2013, while Trademark Coca-Cola continued its 13-year run as Interbrand’s Most Valuable Global Brand. In addition, the Company’s marketing strategies and innovative consumer engagement work earned it a place among Fast Company magazine’s Top 15 Most Innovative Companies in the World in 2013. The Company was also recently recognized as Advertising Age Marketer of the Year and Mobile Marketing Association Marketer of the Year.
Mr. Tripodi is a member of the Board of the Ad Council and also served as Chairman of the Association of National Advertisers.
Mr. Tripodi received his Master of Science in Management from the London School of Economics in 1981 and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from Harvard College in 1977.
Pandora Founder and Chief Strategy Officer Tim Westergren started the popular personalized radio service in 2000 with the Music Genome Project. Tim is an award-winning composer and accomplished musician with 20 years of experience in the music industry – spanning production, audio engineering, film scoring and live performance. Trained as a jazz pianist, his musical background spans such genres as rock, blues, jazz and classical music.
Tim received his B.A. from Stanford University, where he studied computer acoustics and recording technology. A musician's musician, he is dedicated to helping talented emerging artists find an audience. In addition to guiding Pandora's overall strategy and vision, Tim now spends most of his time as Pandora's chief evangelist - traveling the country to connect with some of the tens of millions of people who listen to Pandora. He also works extensively with technology partners, distribution partners, advertisers and investors to help shape the future of Pandora and personalized radio.
