    Procter & Gamble's estimated $2.5 billion North American communications planning account is being split between Starcom MediaVest and Carat. The agencies beat out Media Planning Group, MediaCom, and Targetbase for the win.

    Kia has selected consultancy Achenbaum Bogda Associates to handle the review for creative duties on its account, estimated in total, at $270 million.

    McCann Erickson
    McCann Erickson Worldwide, New York, has been tapped to handle creative duties on Staples' estimated $50 million TV account. J. Walter Thompson, New York, and Arnold Worldwide, Boston, competed for the account.

    Mullen
    Cablevision Voom's estimated $50 million creative account has been awarded to Mullen, Wenham, Mass. The agency beat out The Martin Agency for the win.
  • Amelia Island
    BCF
    The Amelia Island Tourist Development Council (TDC) announced that BCF will be the new advertising and public relations agency for the destination's integrated tourism marketing campaign. In addition to print advertising, partnership marketing will be a key component of the campaign. BCF plans to team Amelia Island with select retailers to leverage the marketing budget of the TDC. Spending was not disclosed.
