    Various Agencies
    Various Havas agencies have been awarded work for Vonage, a provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone service. Arnold Worldwide will handle creative duties along with its interactive arm, Arnold One. MPG picked up media planning and buying duties. The budget is estimated at $75 million, with half of that earmarked for online spending. Lowe in New York with Avenue A/Razorfish in Seattle, and Carat, New York were finalists for the account.

    LuxuryLink.com, a luxury travel Web site, has selected the Los Angeles office of Zentropy Partners for interactive Web duties, online marketing, and media planning services. Spending was not revealed.

    Northlich
    Northlich has been named agency of record to handle worldwide brand strategy and creative for Finlandia Vodka. Northlich's Brandstorm group has handled global brand positioning work for Finlandia. The new assignment taps Northlich's agency group for creative work and marketing counsel for communications and channels. Spending was not disclosed.

    The Vidal Partnership has been awarded Nissan's estimated $50 million Hispanic account.

    M&C Saatchi
    MediaBay has retained M&C Saatchi to reposition and relaunch Radio Spirits, a provider of original radio programming. Spending was not disclosed.

    SMITH & JONES
    SMITH & JONES has been selected by deBeer Lacrosse for national advertising, branding, and marketing services. The agency’s work is launching this month with print campaigns for both the deBeer Lacrosse and Gait Lacrosse brands. Spending was not revealed.

    Kelliher Samets Volk
    Kelliher Samets Volk has won the 800Response account. Previously unassigned, the account was won after a review of local agencies. Billings were not revealed. 800Response is a marketer of vanity 800 numbers. The new initiative will launch with a multi-media direct response campaign designed to target key audiences in the advertising industry. KSV will develop an e-mail campaign to accompany the launch and redesign the 800Response Web site.
