  • Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury
    Crossmedia
    Without a review, Crossmedia was named media agency of record for the NBA Phoenix Suns and WNBA Phoenix Mercury. The agency wlll handle media planning, buying, and analytics. Crossmedia supported the tipoff of the WNBA season in June, and will launch a new campaign with the Suns that will coincide with the start of basketball season in October. "The Suns and the Mercury have dedicated fan bases and we are thrilled to be working with them to continue to build their brands and fan engagement," said Kamran Asghar, Crossmedia's co-founder and president. Added Jason Rowley, president of the Phoenix Suns: "Crossmedia has demonstrated a strong sense of media integration, planning, and tracking, and we are excited about the vast array of opportunities that lie ahead due to our new partnership." The Phoenix Suns spent $891,000 on measured media in 2014, according to Kantar Media. Current Crossmedia clients include: GNC, White Castle, Madison Square Garden, Whole Foods Market, New Era Caps, NYU Langone Medical Center, KIND Snacks, Viacom, Vita Coco and People Magazine.
  • LATAM Airlines
    Interpublic Group
    LATAM Airlines Group, which operates the LAN and TAM brands, selected Interpublic Group as its global agency network for the Americas, Europe and Oceania markets where the company operates. IPG bested four holding companies for the win. The review began in March. LATAM's new agency team will be responsible for planning, creative, media, performance, social networks and CRM in the 24 countries where TAM and LAN currently operate. A new agency named Graphene was formed and will work solely on LATAM Airlines. The IPG team will be led by McCann Worldgroup and IPG Mediabrands, and includes talent and tools from McCann, Initiative, Reprise, Cadreon, MRM//McCann and Craft. "Each of the groups presented excellent proposals and we are very happy with the conclusion of this process," said Jerome Cadier, VP of Marketing at LATAM Airlines Group. "Our next big challenge is launching the LATAM brand in the first half of 2016. Now, we will focus our efforts on promoting IPG's immersion into our company's culture and implementing a global work plan." Added Michael I.     Odysseus Arms
    Foster Farms added San Francisco-based Odysseus Arms to its agency roster, charging the agency with the company's Corn Dogs brand. The agency won the Foster Farms business with support from Noble People, and will partner with the group throughout the campaign process. "Odysseus Arms has an impressive body of work and brings a unique approach to teasing out consumer insights that really stood out," said Emily Fleischmann, senior marketing manager, prepared foods, at Foster Farms. "We are excited to have them as a partner in development of breakthrough communication on Foster Farms Corn Dogs." Additional Odysseus Arms clients include E! network, YouTube, Capital One and Gallo.

    Following a review, Cambridge Savings Bank tapped Full Contact Advertising as its agency of record, charged with a rebranding campaign slated to launch in early 2016. Work will consist of digital and media strategy, along with a redesigned website. "Cambridge Savings wants to transform the way people think about banking," said Marty Donohue, co-creative director and partner at Full Contact. "They are clearly a brand on the move, and we are very excited to help them take the next great leap forward." Based on this relationship, the agency has added the Wrangler Western and Specialty businesses to its roster. Additional Toth+Co clients include Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Keds, Nautica, Timex, Ralph Lauren, J.Crew, Wrangler, L.L.Bean and Hyatt brands.
