    Digital Surgeons
    The Seaweed Bath Co. named Digital Surgeons as its first agency of record, charged with digital and creative for the brand of seaweed-based haircare products, body lotion, detox baths and soaps. Digital Surgeons will be responsible for the company's marketing communications plan, website, print collateral and other sales assets.The agency will also design the packaging and creative for all seven products in the Seaweed Bath Co.'s new facial skincare line, which will hit the market in August. "As a growing brand, digital marketing is a must. The team at Digital Surgeons has the strategic vision and operational expertise to take our brand to a new level," said Adam Grossman, CEO/co-founder of the Seaweed Bath Co. "We have already seen this in the work they have done and look forward to experiencing what they will do next for us."

    Huge
    British luxury brand Clive Christian tapped Huge its digital agency. There was no formal pitch and no review. First work for Huge will be to overhaul the brand's digital presence for its fragrance business, including the redesign of its online platforms and creation of an e-commerce site, slated to launch in the summer. Work will be managed out of Huge's London office. "Clive Christian is an iconic luxury brand with exciting plans for the future. We're delighted to partner with such a passionate team as they look to take the brand towards the next stage of its development," said Lee Woodard, managing director of Huge London. Clive Christian spent $1 million on measured media in 2015, according to Kantar Media.

    Bloom Ads
    Bloom Ads was named media agency of record for 99 Cents Only Stores. The company presently operates 384 stores in California, Texas, Arizona and Nevada. Previously, media buying and planning was handled in-house. "We are excited to welcome the 99 Cents Only Stores to the Bloom client roster, and plan on helping them expand across the U.S. while consistently driving new customer traffic to their stores," said Lisa Nichols Jell, vice president/partner at Bloom Ads. Angela Lorigo, account supervisor and Erica Cruz, media buyer/planner, will be leading the day-to-day duties on the account, alongside Jell and Kathe Bloom, president/CEO. 99 Cents Only Stores spent $2.7 million on measured media in 2015, according to Kantar Media.

    Applebee's
    Cohn & Wolfe was named global PR agency of record for Applebee's. Work will be led out of Cohn & Wolfe Los Angeles and Austin offices. Callie Jernigan, U.S. entertainment marketing leader and managing director of Cohn & Wolfe Austin, will serve as account lead. The agency will handle consumer, corporate and franchisee communications and provide corporate support to parent company Dine Equity, when situations pertain to Applebee's. Applebee's spent $165 million on measured media in 2015, per Kantar Media.

    Eastwick added 10 clients to its roster. New clients include: 7Park Data, Avalara, Dev Bootcamp, Dialpad, iManage, Integral Ad Science, Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, Sitecore, Spredfast and Zignal Labs.
